Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Nampons are intended for anterior nose bleeds only.  The product must only be inserted partially into the nasal cavity a never be inserted into any other orifice or bodily cavity.  The product must not be inserted beyond the point of comfort inside the nasal cavity or beyond the nasal cartilage within the nasal cavity.

Futhermore, we do not warrant that the products or information sold or provided by Nampons will work to treat epistaxis (nosebleeds) and that medical assistance should be sought for any nosebleed that cannot be controlled by our products.

RECALL POLICY

In the event of a product recall, information on the affected lots will be posted prominently on this website. Furthermore, written notification will be provided via email to all distributors of our products, initiating their own recall policies and procedures. Lastly, written notification via email will be sent to all consumers who purchased our products directly through this website.

PROFESSIONAL SAMPLING PROGRAM

From time to time, we may offer a professional sampling program (the “Sampling Program”) to qualified professionals, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, school nurses, athletic trainers, pharmacies, and other licensed or credentialed healthcare or health-related professionals (collectively, “Qualified Professionals”).

Participation in the Sampling Program is entirely at our discretion. We reserve the right, in our sole judgment, to determine who qualifies for participation, whether to provide samples, which products to provide as samples, the quantity of samples, and the timing and method of shipment. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sampling Program at any time without notice.

Samples made available through the Sampling Program are intended solely for professional evaluation and/or distribution to patients, students, or clients as appropriate under applicable laws and professional standards. Samples are not for resale, may not be listed or sold on any online marketplace or retail site, and may not be exchanged for value of any kind.

We only ship samples to verifiable professional or institutional addresses (e.g., clinics, hospitals, schools, training facilities, or pharmacies). We do not ship samples to residential or home addresses. By applying for samples, you represent and warrant that: (a) the information you provide is accurate and complete; (b) you are a Qualified Professional or are acting on behalf of a Qualified Professional with authority to request and receive samples; and (c) the shipping address you provide is a legitimate professional or institutional address.

By applying for or accepting samples, you expressly agree that Nampons LLC may use the contact information you provide (including email address, mailing address, and phone number) to send you marketing communications, promotional offers, educational materials, surveys, and other information about Nampons products and services. You acknowledge that such application constitutes your affirmative opt-in to receive marketing communications from us, subject to your right to opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable marketing-related terms (including our SMS Permissions, where applicable).

Samples are provided “as is” for evaluation and professional use only and do not constitute medical advice. You are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of the samples for any particular patient, student, or use case, and for ensuring that all use, handling, storage, and distribution of the samples complies with applicable laws, regulations, institutional policies, and standards of care.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nampons LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall have no liability for any injury, loss, damage, claim, or expense of any kind arising out of or related to: (a) your request for, receipt of, use of, or inability to use any samples; (b) any use, misuse, or off-label use of the samples by you or any third party; (c) your failure to follow product instructions, warnings, or contraindications; or (d) your failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or professional standards in connection with the samples. All limitations of liability, disclaimers of warranties, and indemnification obligations set forth elsewhere in these Terms of Service apply equally and in full force to all samples provided through the Sampling Program.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

By consenting to Nampons LLC's SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. RESELLING PROHIBITION

You are prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or otherwise commercially distributing Nampons products without prior written approval from Nampons LLC. This prohibition applies to all Nampons products purchased through any sales or distribution channel, including but not limited to Nampons.com, Amazon.com, Walmart, Walmart.com, and any other marketplace or retail outlet.

The only exception to this prohibition is for purchases made through Faire.com, where authorized reselling is permitted in accordance with Faire.com's terms and conditions.

Any unauthorized reselling of Nampons products constitutes a breach of these Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination of your access to our services, potential legal action, and/or the refusal of future sales. Nampons LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed by individuals or entities suspected of purchasing products for resale without authorization.

PROMOTIONAL OFFER TERMS

This Promotional Offer ("Promotion") is subject to these terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older. Void where prohibited.

2. Participation: Rewards are available only as specified in promotional materials and are limited to the quantities stated. Company reserves the right to verify eligibility before distributing rewards.

3. Content Rights: By submitting photos, videos, or other content, you grant Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

4. Distribution: Rewards will be distributed within 4-6 weeks after verification. All taxes on rewards are recipient's responsibility.
