Reimbursement process:

Step 1: Fully complete the Nampons Claim form + cut out the original UPC label from the product packaging + locate the original purchase receipt for the product or order # if purchased online.

Step 2: Mail your completed claim form, original UPC label and order # or original product purchase receipt to the address in the Nampons Claim form.

Step 3: Receive your refund or reimbursement check for ONE (1) Nampons product, with a purchase price up to $24.99 USD (excludes taxes and free shipping if applicable), through the original online retailer or in the mail.
