Shipping policy

Nampon orders placed with standard shipping can take up to 10 business days to arrive, which includes processing time. All orders are shipped via USPS.  Orders shipped via priority mail should arrive within 3 business days.

Nampons are authorized for sale in the US by the US FDA and in Canada by HealthCanada.

We offer Free Shipping in the continental US-only for all orders over $10 during Free Shipping promotions

For all Canadian shipments, you are responsible for all import and tariff fees related to your order, so please factor them into your order.  We cannot accept returns or refunds for Canadian shipments.

**Please note that we do not ship on weekends, so, depending on the day that you place your order, expedited packages may take longer to arrive.
